Jody Marten has an expertise in discrimination laws under Title VII, ADEA, EPA, ADA and the Rehab Act and counsels employees under these laws. She has served on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, including as an administrative judge in the Washington Field Office.
She has special interest and expertise in area of disability laws, especially returning to the workplace after the diagnosis of a rare disease, cancer or other life threatening illnesses.
